Taigh Seonag, a traditional croft house, was
restored and extended in 2003 and is now a modern, fully-equipped
and beautifully-furnished luxury holiday home. Set in over
five acres, Taigh Seonag sleeps four people and benefits
from having 'Total Control' central heating throughout.
The large lounge is fully-furnished and there
is a wood burning /multi-fuel stove which makes it cosy and
warm even on the coldest nights. A colour television, radio,
DVD and video recorder and CD player are all provided, and
there is also a Playstation 1.
There are two spacious bedrooms,
one double and one twin.
The kitchen/dining room is fully equipped and
includes an electric cooker, larder fridge, washer/dryer and
a microwave.
The main bathroom has a bath with electric shower
over, toilet, wash hand-basin, heated towel rail and shaver
point. There is a cloakroom downstairs with a toilet and a
wash hand-basin and shaver point.
Wooden floors have been laid in the kitchen/diner and hall,
but the rest of the house is fully-carpeted.
Outside there's a private all-weather
Hot Tub, maintained at 40C, for those lazy summer days
and those clear starlit nights ...
Free range eggs, fresh bread, home baking and evening meals
are all available on request.
There is a shop. post office and petrol station
in Strontian, two miles away, and a wide range of hotels,
pubs and restaurants in the area.
